LANCO Industries Ltd announced that with reference to the announcement dated January 28th 2011 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 9th 2013 in anticipation of hike in power tariff in near future coupled with current power situation in the State the proposal for setting up of Ferro Alloys Plant with a capital outlay of INR 40 Crores is withdrawn.
