It’s reported that the average prices of Japanese H2 scrap in Kanto, Central and Kansai regions were at ?31,537/ton in the first week of March, falling by ?1,217/ton from a week ago. Also, the H2 scrap average prices have fallen for consecutive eleven weeks. Among them, the average price of H2 scrap in Kanto region was at ?30,667/ton, decreasing by ?2,500/ton; that in Central region was at 30,820/ton, falling by ?400/ton and that in Kansai regions was at ?33,125/ton, down by ?750/ton, all compared to the prices in a week ago.
