Amtek Auto arm completed acquisition of Neumayer Tekfor Group

Equity Bulls reported that Amtek Auto Ltd has now announced with reference to the acquisition of substantial business interests of Germany based Neumayer Tekfor Group, through its 100% subsidiary Amtek Global Technologies Pte Ltd, a Singapore based SPV, that the Company has successfully completed the transaction and acquired the Neumayer Tekfor Group which is engaged in the business of forging and integrated machining having 9 manufacturing units across Germany, Italy, USA, Mexico and Brazil.
